In regards to your account and what employers can see: Employers can only see your resume! (if you allow it to be searchable or you applied for a position) They cannot see any of your account details such as when you became a member, how long you have been a member, what is your hits activity, what is your application for positions activity, what is your visit to the website activity, or any other information other than your resume and contact information.
